1. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Due to the nature of our services, which are delivered digitally, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. However, if you experience any technical issues, or if there was a mistake in your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. Depending on the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
2. Cancellations
- Consultation Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- Course Cancellations: Cancellations for online courses are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that no course materials have been accessed. After this period, refunds may not be available, as course materials will have been made available to you.
3. Exchanges
Since our services are digital and personalized, we do not offer exchanges. If you believe there was an issue with the consultation or course you received, please contact us so we can address your concerns and try to resolve any problems.
